It’s a space for self-reflection and community—a chance to start your Sunday feeling connected to yourself and what matters most. Through thoughtful discussions, guided practices, and personal insights, you’ll walk away with clarity in your mind, openness in your heart, and tools to carry with you into the week ahead.

What to bring: Guests are encouraged to bring a journal and pen, dress warmly, and bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort, as the room can be cool. Please also bring your own yoga or Pilates mat.
