Sunday Meds with Kat John

Sunday Meds is a grounding way to begin your morning, blending real, meaningful chats with a clear theme of focus, followed by a meditation, journaling process, and time to connect with like-minded humans.

It’s a space for self-reflection and community—a chance to start your Sunday feeling connected to yourself and what matters most.

What to bring: Guests are encouraged to bring a journal and pen, dress warmly, and bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort, as the room can be cool. Please also bring your own yoga or Pilates mat.

LSD: Long, Slow & Deep Breathwork Class

The Breath Haus is back at THE LUME Melbourne for two more immersive Signature LSD Breathwork classes. This meditative practice is designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, guiding you into deep relaxation and inner stillness—all within the breathtaking, immersive surroundings of THE LUME Melbourne.

What to bring: For this class, it's recommended to bring a jumper or warm clothing to retain body heat. Please bring your own yoga or Pilates mat and water bottle.

Cosmic Flow is an immersive yoga experience designed to restore balance and equilibrium to your being. Accompanied by an intergalactic live soundscape that generates frequencies for the mind, body, and soul. Breath and movement work together intimately to clear blockages and create space for inner calm, guiding you into a meditative state and realigning you from within.

For this class, we recommend wearing exercise or yoga clothing. Please bring your own yoga or Pilates mat and water bottle.
